… “What is the highest act a person can perform?”
“Sitting in meditation.”
But the Master himself was rarely seen to sit in meditation. He was ceaselessly engaged in housework and fieldwork, in meeting people and writing books. He even took up the bookkeeping chores of the monastery.
“Why, then, do you spend all your time in work?”
“When one works, one need not cease to sit in meditation.”
The Plan-
The Workout-
Lament or move forward with Grace and Courage? The choice is yours?!?
10 One Step Forward One Step Back Lunges (each leg)
10 Perfect Pull Ups
10 Perfect Push Ups
10 KB Bent Over Rows
Form, Flow and Grace …
Notes:
To move through a program or life with Grace takes Courage peeps … ENJOY!!!
Happy Holidays to you and your family!
I am definitely moving forwards over lamenting!
Awesome! 🙂
Moving through life with grace does take courage. This sounds like a good mantra for 2013. Happy Holidays to all of you at CultFit!
Often during a post I will load up a word with a lot of meaning: Form, flow and grace for example. When I train with peeps away from the webz I often get asked “Does it look like I am doing this movement properly?” … I always answer a question with a question and ask back … Do you feel graceful? 😉
Take care today and be sure to have a Happy New year with your family!
