An item we talk quite often about  is not taking care of our MINDS and BODIES with regular exercise and a healthy dose of mindfulness and meditation.  When we neglect these items the cumulative effect often leads to feeling down about the way we look.  Now the simple part:  Getting up early to Workout, choosing a carrot, apples and a sandwich over Chickfil-A for lunch …  The simple “things” we do provide an instant boost to our self-image.

    Being healthy is much simpler than we realize. But it’s got to become a habit. But who wouldn’t choose being healthy as a habit!?!?! 🙂

      Surprisingly. and you know this: A lot of people! The simple habits we need to foster in our lives need not be profound and crazy … Show up and let’s go for a walk. 😉

  7. I hate to admit it but I have people tell me I was bit of a Calvin…but in a quiet way if that makes sense! Oh…the election is over? Darn – missed it- again.
    I tried that diet planner…I’d starve!
