Posted: December 29, 2011 Filed under: Random Workout | Tags: health, labyrinth, life, motivation, New Year, perspective, resolution, rest Comments OffWe don’t necessarily discriminate. We simply exclude certain types of people-
Cliche faces today. Oh, you may not know what that means around these parts. No big deal just take a gander around your world wherever you may be and you are certain to see it. Just a few examples to make certain we are on the same page: Best workouts of 2011, Top motivational tips for 2012. So as you can guess any best of, top of, year-end review blah is our topic of discussion today. Why? Seriously why have all these list to remind us of our fleeting life span? One of our missions here at CultFit HQ is to keep things simple, so here is the basic truth: The moment you were born you began to die! The New Year is simply not a reset button to do exactly the same thing you have done for X amount of years prior to that moment, You know…The moment you wake up on New Years day feeling like a train wreck!
The Plan-
Accepting who you are right at this very minute/moment is critical to our message today and pretty much every message we have tried to get across to you.
The Workout-
Not for time and certainly not for selfish reasons…
Walk/Light Run/Walk followed by:
A Labyrinth Walk (<–this is a link, say hello and click on it)
That’s it! Hmm maybe the hardest workouts are the ones where you don’t do anything? Na, can’t be…How would you ever put a program where you do nothing on a Year in Review Best of List?
Notes:
So there you have it Random Fitness peeps! The CultFit HQ year in review and oh what a year it is. To recap our post: You are going to die someday. There you go nice and simple, ENJOY!!!
