Winter Winds

If you are patient in a moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow-

The last time we tried this little segment we like to call “Sucking the joy out of what you love“.  The cyclist of CultFit took to their pitchforks and spades to start an agrarian revolt against us.  We were brow beaten to a bloody pulp, by cyclist.  We learned a few things that day:  Cyclist certainly are a peculiar bunch and are easily stirred up into a frenzy.   Skiers on the other hand …

  1. I’m mesmerized by the snow face in the tree, with those piercing eyes that seem to be asking an unspoken question.

I have a troubled past with skiing and trees. This tree may be a friendly chap … Although I am going to avoid him at all costs! ;)

Today my boss made me so mad I could spit. It took me a while to get over it, but I did. I made sure I did not do anything stupid that I would regret. Boy I really wanted to quit. I am glad I did not let him suck the joy out of my life. :)

As you know there are a few ways to read “these” posts. Face value or dive into the minutiae … People all the time try to suck the joy our of you, mostly for vain, personal reasons.
If you passionately enjoy something? There should be nothing to keep you from enjoying it. :)
I hope your day turns around for you and that this message finds you in good spirits. :)
