**The memorable words above capture the essence of our post today. If you stopped reading here? We are cool with your decision**
Take a moment to pour yourself a nice drink…
Alright now peeps its game time here at CultFit! Let’s start off easy while you get a coaster to put under your drink (You never learn…):
Simply: Say the color as fast as you can, not the word.
Now that you have practiced for a bit let’s take a TEST
When you are frustrated enough with the test and scream; “Ya he tenido suficiente”…Click on over here: Brain Games
“What in the world is going on here today?“ Your answer is right over here: Psychology Games and Puzzles.
At this point you may be wondering: “Who am I?“
The Plan-
From the CultFit HQ Precision Weather Team:
This concludes our weather forecast for your neck of the woods!?!
The Workout-
Finally from our “Coup de grâce” series of programs: Visual Illusions Gallery
Pick an activity you passionately enjoy…Open up the back door…Have fun!!!
Notes:
Show of hands: How many of you take for granted your “mind” being active and awake before you begin your program for the day? Take time to awaken your senses before you head out the door for a grueling pre-dawn run…Smell the proverbial roses (or coffee), Look at yourself in the mirror (are YOU still there?), Listen to the world awakening around you, Touch the ground beneath your feet gently and Taste…”Damn I forgot to put sugar in my coffee this morning!“. Have a great one today peeps and ENJOY!!!

Your last picture ties in a little with what I was going to share about today’s post. I get up early enough to eat a small amount and get some liquid (water or tea) into my system before working out. I have my morning devotions during that time and treasure the time of quiet reading and prayer/meditation before going out to workout. I’m loving the morning combo of starting my day with spiritual/mental exercise and then continuing that trend with a good bout of physical exercise. It has been so worth changing my routine to get up earlier and go to bed earlier to have this morning time to get myself on a firm foundation for the day ahead.
LOL thanking you for the mental exercise. Red! sorry my mind takes a minute to recuperate.
No problem! These are some fun activities to wake our minds up before the day gets to far along.
Epic failure here on the color test!
No worries
Each time I take that test I fail.
It’s a good one!
The main point behind this post is that sometimes we get up and go without properly waking up our minds. I’m guilty of this 3-4 times a week. I’ll head out the door for a run or whatever not being fully aware of what is going on
So true, I’m usually so foggy and tired that I don’t have good form until I’m 4 miles or so into a run. Bad Somer! Thanks for the idea!
No problem, the little word/color bit will get the old mind churning while you put your shoes on
Woot woot!
You have an awesome blog. Wish I had your talent. Thank you for reading my blog you gave me hope. Please continue to enjoy as I enjoy your blog. Again, very talented. I really enjoy reading through.
Thank you so much! Talent? What talent…Just having fun letting peeps know that working out does not have to be a struggle. I wish you the best and you are always welcome over here
