Welcome back and we hope all of you reading today had a great weekend no matter what you did! Today we are hitting the virtual reset button here at CultFit HQ. Don’t be alarmed or run off in a rush to get some help…Everything is just fine and dandy. Basically the only reason we are writing this post is as a gentle reminder to ourselves to stop writing painfully long posts and keep to our original goal of writing pithy, thought-provoking posts instead.
The Plan-
“Well if you guys just hit the proverbial reset button? How do I explain to my Mum how to read this blog thingy here?“
If you are reading this sentence then you’ve pretty much got the hang of it. Great job! Just keep going the way you are.
Welcome once again to our “Ridiculously Simple” series of programs. These programs are ripe and ready to pick on a dreadful Monday morning. Especially after a long weekend drinking coconut water?!? Yup…
Our Warm Up today needs to be Quick, Snappy and Moving. In a perfect world a Swim right now would do the trick, we understand not all of you have a pool right outside your door. Or an ocean for that matter. So…Head out the door and go for a Walk.
Once you have listened to your body for a bit stop somewhere comfortable and relaxing. Take your Garmin GPS watch off and kindly remove the buds from your ears…Listen to the gentle sway of the nearby trees and the energetic birds awaking around you. Find balance and harmony while gently awaking your body performing a nice flowing Sun Salutation Series.

Beautiful!
Thank you! Hope you had a great weekend
Always!
Great post!
Thank you so much! Once again you are doing such a fantastic job!!!

Just had to grab this image for my blog. Thanks…
Dude, your perspective is awesome. I totally needed to read some of this post today and turn it into a new mantra. And yes, I will do my night run tonight sans earbuds and GPS watch because of you, I will however bring along my trusty reflective vest and headlamp to stay safe!
You gotta stay safe at night out running especially the way drivers are today
Have fun and hopefully you don’t get lost without your GPS watch
Thanks!
Naw, I won’t get lost, I do a similar night route 3 times a week, just use the garmin for speed and time info
Just pressing some buttons
Between you and me…Shhh…they come in handy at times! Just don’t tell anyone I said that
Your secret is safe with me
Words cannot express how much I enjoy the final statement about an easy life. Bravo!
Thank you! Did you guys have a fun filled weekend?
Loved this post, as I love all of your entries. Thanks so much for the continued inspiration, especially to folks like me who have a long road ahead of us.
This post really resonates with where I am in my training. Today\\’s post, in fact, deals specifically with fighting those inner challenges. Your words and quotes will really help me in the coming days and weeks as I continue my training to run the Baltimore Half-Marathon in October.
Today, I gave a shout-out to you and your blog in my post, http://clydesdalewarrior.wordpress.com/2012/06/18/day-64-silencing-the-inner-pessimist/. I hope others will be able to benefit from your writing like I have!
Thank you for the kind words today, they mean a lot! I wish you continued success and be well!!!
PERFECT endingg – love the little caption abt life!
Another great post. Love your quotes. they maybe a bit funny, but true. Have a good day.
