We’ll lets just say this posy already has gone to the dogs…
Worth- A simple word really. Five kind and harmless letters when put together they seemingly become your worst enemy. We use the word “WORTH” all of the time to sabotage our daily lives. It has become our go to word to measure ourselves against others each and every time we spot someone wearing those damn new yoga pants from Lululemon. Oh, apologizes for the little rant there…So how about a quiz? Sound cool…
How worthy are you?
Score the following with: 1 = rarely; 2 = sometimes; 3 = frequently
- You raise and DON’T lower the self-esteem of others
- You sustain an effort outside of your comfort zone to help others as much or even before yourself
- You give the same effort to a fair decision that you disagree with as you do to something you agree with
- You ask for help or assistance
- You quickly and sincerely thank someone who has helped you.
- You quickly offer help without the other person having to ask for it
- You fully forgive and forget after you’ve been hurt and quickly move on
- You quickly recognize and earnestly apologize for your failures of commission or omission to people you have let down
- You enthusiastically and sincerely congratulate someone else on an achievement or good fortune
- You give much more to the world than you take from it

The Plan-
The Workout-
We searched all night in our “What is an extra 50m WORTH to you” archives to find this program for today.
Warm Up thoroughly with the following…Walk/Run/Pulse Run/Walk…Followed by:
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Goblet Squats
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Perfect Push Ups
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Goblet Squats
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Perfect Push Ups
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Goblet Squats
50m Sprint (Out and Back)
15 Perfect Push Ups
Now at this point in the program we are almost positive you have asked yourself: “What in the hell is this WORTH to me…?” This question is for you to contemplate and answer.
Ideally: 100+ Goblet Squats and 100+ Perfect Push Ups would be something to reach for…Just saying peeps!?!
Notes:
If you feel our post today was Worth anything to you by all means feel free to let us know. Have fun today and…ENJOY!!!

hehehehe! dog on a helter skelter slide – classic!
You know what? I have the same joy and youthful experience every time out on a playground!
I love playgrounds, unfortunately, the powers-that-be in London are making many inaccessible to those over 14 who are not supervising little’ns. Maybe I could borrow one…
We will be hitting the park today for this one!!
The best spot! Hmm…maybe a game of tag where you start at one area and the kiddos at the other end instead of the sprints?
Awesome idea!!
I’m loving this workout. I will be thinking of you tomorrow when I do this! Love the second chance quote – funny!
I think my ears may be ringing already…
Worth is a very interesting word, and like most subjective adjectives, it’s difficult to use it appropriately. My self worth is dependent on many different factors, and I’ve been working on wittling down the number of outside forces that have played a part on defining my self worth. When we spend so much time looking inward, instead of on the grander genre of life, we tend to find ways to erode or enhance the definition of worth. I say, lay down one definition in stone and move the hell on. Never give away to someone what they would not return in full to you.
I’m speechless…Very powerful and so spot on!
I’m much cooler on the internet =)
OMG that first dog!
Cute little dude there sums up how I feel after every workout! Or even a long walk nowadays
Love this post. I took the quiz and got a 25 haha.
You are absolutely hilarious. This was awesomeness! Laughing at 1 am is always a great workout! – Thank you! – M
Thank you! Honestly…If all we did daily was to smile, share a laugh with a friend or family member and enjoy ourselves? That is truly the only workout we ever need.
Must highly agree with you on all of the above!
