As the weather around the country is getting to be a bit nicer what finer way to celebrate than hill sprints.
As many as you feel you need. . .it’s still early and a long year is ahead so find a nice spot and work through a nice warm up and then knock a few out for old times sake.

There will be no forum here where everyone has a PhD in Kineseology and Bio Mechanics where they fail miserably at critiquing your half ass thruster and kipping pull ups; look elsewhere.

Get out and look around! Leave your x-fit ape iphone and whatnot at home and enjoy what is around you for once. Also no almonds and skinny chai tea lattes!
Not For Time:
Throughout today incorporate in your routine on a Saturday the following-
100 lunges each leg
300 sit ups
Hmmm… Seems like a lot. It isn’t and if you do a few here and there before you know it you lost count and your at 500 for each. Taking the time for a little change like this can go a long way.
It’s been a busy and productive week. We have done a few workouts and tested some limits. Now is the time to look back over the past week and pick out what we need to improve on and move forward.
And remember you x-fit apes out there. . .somewhere in the world there is a 15 year old girl lifting more than you. Keep things in perspective. . .
Arms Locked out Push Up Hold ( lock your arms at the top of push up)
Hmmm x-fit apes beware the simplicity of this will be wasted on you also one round rolls into the other.
Hint, Hint pace the push ups and aim for a total of around 100-120!
